These Terms of Service govern your use of dublinstatutoryagent.com and the statutory agent and business filing services provided by Dublin Statutory Agent, LLC. By submitting our intake form or subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Delays or filing issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information are your responsibility.
Statutory agent service is billed as a recurring subscription; business filing service is billed as a one-time fee. Both are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring and applicable one-time fees.
You may request cancellation of statutory agent service at any time through our cancellation request form. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You remain responsible for designating a replacement statutory agent with the Ohio Secretary of State to keep your business in good standing.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information current so we can forward correspondence and filing updates to you promptly, and for reviewing and acting on documents we send you.
Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dublin Statutory Agent, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including delays caused by third parties such as the Ohio Secretary of State or postal carriers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated effective date.
